How each one works
Tally on an office PC: TallyPrime and your company data sit on one computer. To work, you sit at that computer, or connect to it over the office network.
Tally on Cloud: TallyPrime and your company data sit on a server in a data centre. You open Tally over the internet from a browser or the Remote Desktop app, from anywhere.
Inside Tally nothing changes. Vouchers, reports and shortcuts work the same way in both.

At Tally Cloud India the plans are ₹199, ₹299 or ₹399 per user per month, plus 18% GST. For example, 3 users on the Silver plan cost 3 × ₹199 = ₹597 + ₹107.46 GST = ₹704.46 a month. You still need your own valid TallyPrime licence.
