Most Tally on Cloud providers price per user per month. That sounds simple, but the final bill depends on GST, the billing period and what is included. Here is how to work out what you will really pay.
Our prices
| Plan | Price per user per month | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Silver | ₹199 | Basic Tally on Cloud |
| Gold | ₹299 | Growing teams |
| Diamond | ₹399 | Heavy data and more users |
GST at 18% is added to these prices, and you get a GST invoice for every payment.
Working out your total
Total = users × price per user × months, plus 18% GST.
Example: 5 users on Gold for 1 month
- 5 × ₹299 × 1 = ₹1,495
- GST at 18% = ₹269.10
- Total = ₹1,764.10
If you have a GSTIN and enter it at checkout, you can usually claim this GST back as input tax credit, which lowers the real cost for a registered business.

What to check before comparing providers
- Is the price per user or per server? A cheap "per server" price can become expensive once you add users.
- Is GST included or extra? Compare like with like.
- Are backups included? Ask how often, and how long they are kept.
- How do you connect? Browser access is convenient for occasional users; the Remote Desktop app suits full-day data entry.
- Is the Tally licence included? Usually it is not. You need your own TallyPrime licence.
- How fast is activation? Some providers take a day or more. Ours is about 30 minutes after payment and KYC.
- Where is support? Check that you can raise a ticket and get a reply from a real team.
Is it cheaper than a local server?
A local Tally server needs a decent PC, a UPS, backups, remote access software and someone to look after it. For most small and mid-size businesses, paying per user each month costs less than buying and maintaining that setup, and you avoid the risk of a single machine failing.
