## Service: Tally on Cloud

- What it is: your licensed TallyPrime runs on our cloud server; your team opens the same company data from anywhere.
- Access: open in the browser from the customer portal, or with the Remote Desktop app (Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android). Server addresses are never shown to customers.
- Activation: about 30 minutes after online payment and DigiLocker KYC.
- Users: 1 to 100 users, priced per user.
- Uptime commitment: 99.00% per server, measured by our monitoring.
- Backups: daily server backups as a safety net; customers must keep and verify their own daily backup (Terms, section 7).
- Licence: customers need a valid TallyPrime licence.
- Payment: UPI, card or net banking via Razorpay; GST tax invoice for every payment.

- Silver: ₹199 (India and Nepal; 18% GST extra in India) — Basic Tally on Cloud.
- Gold: ₹299 (India and Nepal; 18% GST extra in India) — For growing teams.
- Diamond: ₹399 (India and Nepal; 18% GST extra in India) — For heavy data and more users.
- Billing periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months.
- Customers in Oman and the UAE are billed in US dollars; customers in Nepal pay the Indian rupee prices.
